1. What sizes of Tourni-Cot are available? Can I buy a box with mixed sizes?
We carry small, medium, large and extra-large sizes of Tourni-Cots. The extra-large size usually fits the big toe of an adult male. The large size is generally appropriate for the digits of an adult male. We do carry mixed boxes and they typically contain ¼ small, ¼ medium, ¼ large and ¼ extra large Tourni-Cots, but can be adjusted according to your preference.

2. What is the minimum order size?
There is no minimum order and samples are available upon request.

3. What method of shipping do you use?
UPS is our regular shipping client. They provide shipping based on your needs. Whether you want ground service, or next day air shipping, we can provide it through UPS. The price of shipping is dependent on the size of your order, the location that the order is shipped to and the speed that you want it shipped. Shipping international orders varies based customer request and location. Drop shipping is available without additional charge.

4. How do we place an order? Can we order online?
Orders are received by either phone or fax. In order to insure that we do not receive spam emails, you must be pre-cleared to have access to this email address. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to request the ability to order via email. Additionally, though it is not currently available, we are in the process of developing an EDI system. In the near future you will be able to send us your orders via EDI.

5. Can we buy from Mar-Med Co. directly, or do we need to go through a distributor?
It is possible for you to order from us directly, and it is not necessary for you to order from a distributor. Accounts can be established with us by calling, email or fax. Yet, we also sell through distributors. We use all the major distributors, including Owens & Minor, Cardinal Health, P.S.S., The Kaiser Group and others...

6. Can we pay with direct deposit?
We currently accept payment through Bank of America's Paymode system. For more information, please contact us directly and we can set up your account and provide you an opportunity to pay directly.

7. What is your return/exchange policy?
We allow you to return or exchange any unused products that are in good condition. There is no restocking fee. Upon the receipt of the returned items, we will provide you credit for the price of your purchase. In limited circumstances, we can also provide a refund for your returned items.

8. What's the difference between Mar-Med Co. and Mar-Med Inc?
We are Mar-Med Co, which is different than Mar-Med Inc. As you can imagine, this is a common mistake. Mar-Med Inc. Is a Cleveland, Ohio based medical company that primarily supplies bone saws and vacuum devices. If you believe that you have accidentally mistaken us with Mar-Med Inc, please contact us to resolve this issue.
